Excess Mileage. If the agreed average monthly mileage of the Vehicle is exceeded then the Lessor is entitled to charge additional fee for the excess mileage in the amount set in the Special Terms of the Contract, which shall be settled as a part of the final Lease payment. If the agreed average monthly mileage of the Vehicle exceeds 20% (twenty percent) or more then the Lessor is entitled to charge a fee for the excess mileage separately during the lent terms – together with monthly Lease Payments. The monthly mileage set in the Contract can be increased by written agreement of Parties.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • MINIMUM MONTHLY PAYMENT We will mail you a statement every month if your account has a balance. You agree that you will pay each month not less than the minimum monthly payment by the payment due date. The minimum monthly payment will be 3.0% for Classic accounts or 2% for Platinum accounts of your outstanding balance (“New Balance”) or $25.00, whichever is greater. If your outstanding balance is $25.00 or less, you agree to pay the balance in full. You may pay in full for all your purchases and cash advances each month, or you may repay in monthly installments. We can accept late payments or partial payments, or checks, drafts, or money orders marked “payment in full” without prejudice to our rights under this Agreement, which are hereby explicitly reserved. A credit posting from a merchant or reversal of fees do not constitute a minimum payment. The minimum monthly payment may be allocated at the Credit Union’s discretion to pay off lower rate balances, such as promotional offers, before higher rate balances, such as cash advances or purchases.   • Mileage Any employee in the bargaining unit required to use his/her vehicle on District business shall be reimbursed at the per mile rate allowed by the IRS. The mileage computation shall include mileage necessary to return to the employee's normal job site after completion of District business. This amount shall be payable in a separate warrant drawn against District funds within thirty (30) working days of submission of the claim by the employee in the bargaining unit.

  • Mileage Rate The mileage rate for authorized travel – based on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.

  • Monthly Payment City shall make monthly payments, based on invoices received, for services satisfactorily performed, and for authorized reimbursable costs incurred. City shall have 30 days from the receipt of an invoice that complies with all of the requirements above to pay Consultant.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Transportation Allowance When an employee is required to travel to the Hospital or to return to her home as a result of reporting to or off work between the hours of 2400 - 0600 hours, (other than reporting to or off work for her regular shift) or any time while on standby, the Hospital will pay transportation costs either by taxi or by her own vehicle at the rate of forty cents (40 cents) per kilometre (to a maximum of fourteen dollars ($14.00) or such greater amount as the Hospital may in its discretion determine for each trip between the aforementioned hours. The employee will provide to the Hospital satisfactory proof of payment of such taxi fare. Where the Hospital requires the employee to travel between sites, the Hospital will pay for transportation costs of forty (40) cents per kilometre unless the Hospital provides transportation between sites.

  • Monthly Payments On or before each Transfer Date, the Servicer shall instruct the Trustee in writing (which writing shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit B hereto) to withdraw and the Trustee, acting in accordance with such instructions, shall withdraw on such Transfer Date or the related Distribution Date, as applicable, to the extent of available funds, the amounts required to be withdrawn from the Finance Charge Account, the Principal Account, the Principal Funding Account and the Distribution Account as follows:
