Mileage Rate. The mileage rate for authorized travelbased on State of Florida rates on the Effective Date of this Agreement – is $0.445 per mile.

Mileage Rate. When in the course of his/her duty, an employee is required to travel on the Employer's business, transportation shall be provided by the Employer or with the approval of the chief executive officer or designate, he/she may be permitted to use his/her own vehicle and be reimbursed at the rate of thirty one point five (31.5) cents per kilometer. If Government increases the mileage rate paid non-bargaining unit and management employees during the life of this agreement, those rates will also apply to those employees covered by this agreement.

Mileage Rate. A. Any employee who is required by the Board to use his or her personal transportation to commute between work locations during his or her workday shall be reimbursed for mileage expenses at the IRS approved rate.
Mileage Rate. This represents the per mile rate paid to the Contractor when a company/individual owned vehicle is used for transportation to the project site from the Contractor’s home office, to the project. Offerors shall be paid for “round-trip” mileage, which exceeds 200 driving miles, per the New Mexico Per Diem and Mileage Act, 10-8-1 through 10-8-8 XXXX 0000 and the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration Rule 95-1 as amended. Offerors are advised to review the prevailing statutes and rules. (Applicable only to “round-trip” mileage, to and from the project site, that exceeds 200 Driving Miles from the Contractor’s Home Office location.)
