Design and Construction Documents. (a) The Architect has prepared or hereafter will prepare the final design, drawings, plans and specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for development of the Infrastructure Improvements consistent with the Site Plan (once approved in accordance with Section 6.03 (b) and the Stadium Lease, collectively the “Infrastructure Improvements Plans”).
Design and Construction Documents. All design Documents required for the Work shall be sufficiently complete to allow Owner to review the design and authorize the start of construction of all elements of the Work. Owner's responses shall be delivered in accordance with Appendix "J".
Design and Construction Documents. We are very familiar with the design criteria, production procedures and tools, required documents, and delivery processes required to take the selected alternative from the planning stage through to a bid advertisement set of construction documents. We understand the County's requirements and have very extensive experience delivering complex capacity projects following FDOT’s methodology. We have successfully completed designs for many projects in and around Santa Xxxx and Escambia Counties and throughout the Florida panhandle. Our design team will continue the coordination efforts started at project initiation and carrying through until final delivery of construction documents for letting. Furthermore, we realize that issues can and do frequently arise during construction that require revisions to the designs previously completed. We understand that delays during construction can become costly; therefore, we will ensure that constructability reviews are performed in advance to avoid unnecessary delays and also be quick to respond during construction to any RFI needs. We will design the Woodbine Road intersection improvements as Phase I and also look at the combined improvements in the context of the overall transportation system in this area, including the US 90 future widening and access management at commercial driveways. We will approach design with the goals of the County and the project in mind: 1) ensure the ultimate roadway improvements remain responsive to changing conditions, including land use, safety, traffic, and economic conditions; 2) create a safety-enhanced and multimodal western gateway; 3) support the growth of the business and residential development; and 4) reduce the burden that growth could place on the surrounding neighborhood streets.

Design and Construction Documents. Landlord will provide an allowance of $.l5 per usable square foot towards Tenant’s design and fit out. Landlord shall further provide Tenant with an allowance of $.85 per square foot for Tenant’s final construction drawings and related design services. Landlord shall from time to time pay directly the invoices for such work within 15 days after receipt of the invoices from Tenant, up to the amount of the allowances. These allowances are not included in the $21.53 maximum cost under Section 5.01.

Design and Construction Documents. The City, RCP and Bliss Sports II have reviewed and hereby confirm that they have approved the Recreation Center Plans. The Recreation Center Plans are incorporated into this Agreement as Exhibit D. The Recreation Center Plans shall be the sole and exclusive property of the City.
Design and Construction Documents. “Design and Construction Documents” means the schematic design documents, design development drawings, and construction drawings, specifications, calculations and other permit requirements for the Improvements, Infrastructure (as defined in Section 1.80) and Off-Premises Backbone Infrastructure (as defined in Section 1.121), to be prepared by licensed professionals and in accordance with Applicable Laws (including APD 8822.1 (NASA Research Park Design Review Program) and APD 8829.1 (Construction Permits)), as any such Design and Construction Documents may be modified or amended by Landlord and Tenant in accordance with the terms of this Lease.
Design and Construction Documents. In accordance with Exhibit E of the ENA, Developer agrees to prepare and submit all design and construction documents for the Project to OCII and other regulatory bodies. OCII agrees to work cooperatively with Developer to review such documents pursuant to the timeframes set forth in Exhibit D, which shall be updated and attached to the DDA. Developer agrees to pay all costs associated with the design and construction of the building structure with no reduction to the Purchase Price.
