Dedication Ceremony. City or Subdivider shall have the opportunity to conduct and host a public dedication ceremony, ground-breaking, or similar ceremony on Project site at any reasonable time following Operational Acceptance of Project, provided Subdivider receives prior approval from the Engineering & Capital Projects Department for the ceremony and provides an opportunity for appearances by the Mayor, Council Members and other appropriate City officials. Subdivider shall contact the Responsible Department’s Senior Public Information Officer to arrange a mutually acceptable date and time for any ceremony. Invitation shall not be sent out or a date set until the Responsible Department’s Senior Public Information Officer has approved the time and date for the ceremony.

Dedication Ceremony. City or Developer or both shall have the opportunity to conduct and host a public dedication ceremony, ground-breaking, or similar ceremony on the Plaza Project site at any reasonable time following the Acceptance of the Plaza Project, provided Developer receives prior approval from City for the ceremony and provides an opportunity for appearances by the Mayor, Council members and other appropriate City officials. Developer shall contact the PWD Project Manager to arrange a mutually acceptable date and time for any ceremony. Invitations shall not be sent out or a date set until the PWD Project Manager has approved the time and date for the ceremony.

Developer shall contact the Project Manager to arrange a mutually acceptable date and time for any ceremony. Invitations shall not be sent out or a date set until the Project Manager has approved the time and date for the ceremony.
Dedication Ceremony. The California Garden Clubs, Inc. may conduct a dedication ceremony at the marker installation site. A district representative attends this ceremony.
Dedication Ceremony. CSU will have the opportunity to conduct and host a public dedication ceremony, ground-breaking, or similar ceremony on the River Park Property at any reasonable time, provided CSU coordinates with City Project Manager for the ceremony and provides an opportunity for appearances by the Mayor, Council Members and other appropriate City officials. Related to Dedication Ceremony

  • No Dedication Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to create any duty to, any standard of care with reference to, or any liability to any Person not a Party to this Agreement. No undertaking by one Party to the other Party under any provision of this Agreement shall constitute the dedication of that Party’s system or any portion thereof to the other Party or the public, nor affect the status of Buyer as an independent public utility corporation or Seller as an independent individual or entity.

  • Design Development Documents See Section 2, Part 1, Article 2.1.5.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

  • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Projects The Annexes attached hereto describe the specific projects and the policy reforms and other activities related thereto (each, a “Project”) that the Government will carry out, or cause to be carried out, in furtherance of this Compact to achieve the Objectives and the Compact Goal.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • County’s Project Manager Note: The written approval of substituted A-E Key Personnel is for departmental use only and shall not be used for auditing purposes outside OC Public Works or other County department.

  • Design Development Phase Services 3.3.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Schematic Design Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Design Development Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Design Development Documents shall illustrate and describe the development of the approved Schematic Design Documents and shall consist of drawings and other documents including plans, sections, elevations, typical construction details, and diagrammatic layouts of building systems to fix and describe the size and character of the Project as to architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical systems, and other appropriate elements. The Design Development Documents shall also include outline specifications that identify major materials and systems and establish, in general, their quality levels.

  • Construction Documents Phase Services 3.4.1 Based on the Owner’s approval of the Design Development Documents, and on the Owner’s authorization of any adjustments in the Project requirements and the budget for the Cost of the Work, the Architect shall prepare Construction Documents for the Owner’s approval. The Construction Documents shall illustrate and describe the further development of the approved Design Development Documents and shall consist of Drawings and Specifications setting forth in detail the quality levels and performance criteria of materials and systems and other requirements for the construction of the Work. The Owner and Architect acknowledge that, in order to perform the Work, the Contractor will provide additional information, including Shop Drawings, Product Data, Samples and other similar submittals, which the Architect shall review in accordance with Section 3.6.4.
