More Definitions of County’s Project Manager

County’s Project Manager means the designated Manager with the County Program Management team who shall administer and monitor the services within this Contract as is necessary or reasonable to comply with County policies.
County’s Project Manager as used herein shall have the same meaning set forth in Paragraph 2.2 of this Agreement.
County’s Project Manager means the Probation Division Director designated to serve with full authority to oversee Contractor’s daily operations in the performance of this Contract and to coordinate the activities of Probation personnel assigned to work with Contractor.

Contractor shall accomplish the removal within fourteen (14) calendar days after written notice by County’s Project Manager. County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for Contractor’s Project Manager and Contractor personnel. Said approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
