Subject of the Agreement. The subject of this Agreement is to define conditions of cooperation and rights and duties of the contracting parties while providing Licensed Materials as are defined hereunder.

Subject of the Agreement. 2.1. The Agreement is concluded by and between the Assignee, the Loan Originator as the assignor, the Borrower and Mintos as the representative of the Loan Originator and the Borrower and host of the Portal. Loan Originator and Borrower enter into the present Agreement by its representative Mintos. Detailed disaggregation of rights and duties of the Loan Originator, the Borrower and Mintos is provided in Section 5 of the General Terms and Conditions.
Subject of the Agreement. 1.1 Pursuant to this Agreement, the valid Rules of Operation setting out commercial terms and conditions for access to and use of the gas storage facility of NAFTA a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules of Operation”) and the valid Technical Conditions of access and connection to the storage facility of NAFTA a.s. (hereinafter referred to as the “Technical Conditions”), the SSO undertakes to grant the Customer storage capacity up to the agreed levels according to Clause 1.2 of this Agreement and to procure the storage of gas during the agreed period according to Clause 1.3 of this Agreement and the Customer undertakes to pay to the SSO the agreed price for such storage services according to Article III. of this Agreement.
Subject of the Agreement. This agreement sets out the rights and obligations and terms and conditions applicable to the financial support awarded to carry out a mobility activity under the Erasmus+ Programme. The organisation will provide support to the participant for undertaking a mobility activity. The participant accepts the support or the provision of services as specified in Article 3 and undertakes to carry out the mobility activity as described in the Annex 1. Amendments to this grant agreement will be requested and agreed by both parties through a formal notification by letter or by electronic message.
Subject of the Agreement. 2.1 The Sponsor/CRO hereby entrusts the Entity with the execution of the Trial under the terms of this Agreement, in accordance with the Protocol and any subsequent amendments, and with the amendments to this Agreement/budget resulting from such amendments formalised by the necessary deeds of amendment, duly signed.
