Common use of By November Clause in Contracts

By November. 1st of the first year of this agreement, all Educators shall complete a professional learning activity about self-assessment and goal setting satisfactory to the evaluator. Any Educator hired after the November 1st date, and who has not previously completed such an activity, shall complete such a professional learning activity about self-assessment and goal-setting within three months of the date of hire. The Superintendent or designee shall work with the Association to determine the type and quality of training based on guidance provided by DESE and the most effective means to provide this training.
