Trigger Price definition

Trigger Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(b).
Trigger Price for any Pricing Period shall mean the greater of (i) the Company Designated Minimum Put Share Price, plus $.10, or (ii) the Company Designated Minimum Put Share Price divided by .91.

  • If after consultation, the Project Sponsor does not provide sufficient documentation and information for the Internal Market Monitor to complete its analysis, then the resource’s New Resource Offer Floor Price shall be equal to the Offer Review Trigger Price.

Trigger Price means thirty-five dollars and fifty cents, as indexed for inflation. By
