Reference Price definition

Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Reference Price means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any relevant day (closing price).
Reference Price has the meaning set forth in Section 5.01(a)(ii).

  • If an Export Nodal Reference Price is not available for a particular time interval, PJM may use an Export Transaction Price Factor for that time interval based on an appropriate alternate reference price.

Reference Price means the Reference Price of the Underlying expressed in the Underlying Currency and as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data and as published by the Reference Market.
