IPO Price definition

IPO Price means the initial public offering price of a REIT Share in the IPO.
IPO Price means the price per share of the Company's Common Stock offered to public investors in an IPO, without regard to any underwriting discount or expense (as appropriately adjusted to reflect stock dividends, stock splits, combinations, recapitalizations and the like with respect to the Company’s capital stock after the date hereof).
IPO Price means the public offering price set forth on the front cover of the final prospectus for the IPO, as filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”).

  • The IPO Shares will be offered for sale pursuant to the Prospectus in the IPO Jurisdictions at the IPO Price.
