Change of definition

Change of address No change in the address of the Cardmember shall be effective or binding on the Bank unless the Cardmember has given to the Bank actual notices in writing of such change of address. Cardmember may visit the Bank or choose to fax/ write in to inform the Bank of the change and nothing done in reliance of this Clause 58 shall be affected or prejudiced by any subsequent change in the address of one party which the other party has no knowledge of at the time the act or thing was done or carried out.

Aetna will notify the Contract Holder and Certificate Holder in writing of any changes.
