Third Party Payers definition

Third Party Payers means managed care providers, health maintenance organizations, insurance companies, self-insurance programs of employers, third-party administrators, the United States Medicare and Medicaid programs, and other similar entities.
Third Party Payers means, collectively, the Entities that pay or reimburse the Debtors for services rendered to a third party.

  • PAYMENTS and CO-PAYMENTS from CLINIC’s ELIGIBLE MEMBERS for COVERED DRUGS as approved by patient’s Third Party Payers must be greater than the sum of the 340B Cost of COVERED DRUG and the PHARMACY FILL FEE for each prescription included as a Patient Third Party Prescription under this Agreement.

  • As defined in Schedule A of this Agreement, PHARMACY shall allow CLINIC and its Pharmacy Benefits Manager, to collect any and all payments received by Third Party Payers for COVERED DRUGS for CLINIC patients, and any Third Party Payer CO-PAYMENTS paid by CLINIC ELIGIBLE MEMBERS for COVERED DRUGS to PHARMACY less subsequent payment to PHARMACY of PHARMACY FILL FEES as set forth in Schedule A of this Agreement.

  • New contracts with Third Party Payers or the enactment of new Applicable Laws may further limit the disclosure of patient- and physician-specific data and information.

  • Upon approval of such plan by CLIENT, OUTSOURCER shall have the right, without CLIENT's prior approval, to negotiate special payment terms with Third Party Payers and Patients that are consistent with such plan.

  • Third Party Payer may have additional ownership rights to the VAR document Consent and agree to prepare and submit a corrective action plan to the Auditee Authorized Recipients, Third Party Payers, and/or the APM (upon direction) within two calendar weeks of receipt of the final VAR for the following nonconformity types (major, minor, and risk of nonconformance).

  • Third-party payer means an entity that is, by

  • Third Party Payor means any governmental entity, insurance company, health maintenance organization, professional provider organization or similar entity that is obligated to make payments on any Account.

  • Third Party Payors means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, private insurers and any other Person which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.

  • Third Party Payments means the payment made through instruments issued from an account other than that of the beneficiary investor mentioned in the application form. However, in case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named applicant/investor has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Third Party Payment means payment through an instrument issued from a bank account other than that of the beneficiary investor. In case of payments from a joint bank account, the first named investor/holder of the mutual fund folio has to be one of the joint holders of the bank account from which payment is made.

  • Third Party Payor Programs means all third party payor programs in which Tenant presently or in the future may participate, including, without limitation, Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, Managed Care Plans, other private insurance programs and employee assistance programs.

  • Third Party Products means the Third Party Software and Third Party Hardware.

  • Third Party Product means a product (whether hardware, software or services) supplied to you by a third party;

  • Third Party Providers or “TPPs” means any payment service provider that provides payment services to you or someone else that concerns the Account, for example, an AISP (described in Clause 1(c) below).

However, for the purpose of this DPA, the term “Third Party” when used to indicate the provider of digital educational software or services is replaced by the term “Provider.” EXHIBIT “D” DIRECTIVE FOR DISPOSITION OF DATA Provider to dispose of data obtained by Provider pursuant to the terms of the Service Agreement between LEA and Provider. The terms of the Disposition are set forth below:

  • Third Party IPR means any Intellectual Property Rights not belonging to either party to this Agreement but used by the Supplier in the creation of the Deliverables and/or in the course of or in connection with the Project.

  • Third Party License means licenses from third parties governing third party software embedded or used in the Trading Platform.

  • Third-party logistics provider means a person that provides or coordinates warehousing of or other logistics services for a drug or device in interstate commerce on behalf of a manufacturer, wholesale distributor, or dispenser of the drug or device but does not take ownership of the product or have responsibility for directing the sale or disposition of the product.

  • Third Party Manufacturer means (i) a Third Party whose primary business is contract manufacturing, or (ii) a Third Party who has a contractual arrangement with Licensee or with a sublicensee of Licensee that includes manufacturing of Client Product and/or Drug Product by such Third Party for Licensee or such sublicensee.
