Preferred Provider definition

Preferred Provider or “Network Provider” means a doctor, hospital, medical facility or other provider of health care which is included in a network which has been designated by the Fund to render health related services to Fund participants.
Preferred Provider means a health care Provider that has contracted with a Preferred Provider Organization to provide services to Insureds of the Company at negotiated rates.
Preferred Provider means El Paso Children’s Hospital, University Medical Center of El Paso, Texas Tech Providers, and Providers contracted by El Paso First Health Plans, d.b.a. Preferred Administrators.
