Third-Party Service definition

Third-Party Service means any service or product offered by a party that is not Company.
Third-Party Service means a service, product, or promotion provided by a third party that utilises, integrates with or is ancillary to the Services.
Third-Party Service means a service provided directly to Customer by a third party under a separate agreement between Customer and the third party.

More Definitions of Third-Party Service

Third-Party Service means unmodified software or services provided by third parties and which is either (a) provided by Defendify or its Partner to You in connection with Defendify Products; or (b) required by Us to be obtained by You in order for You to use Defendify Products.
Third-Party Service means (except for Salesforce and the Salesforce Technology) any product (e.g. software, cloud services, or forms), tool (e.g. integration or development tools) or service (e.g. implementation, configuration, development or accounting) provided by a party other than Sage (a “Third- Party Provider”).

Third-Party Service means a service that (i) is incorporated into and/or referenced by a “P2PE Solution” or “P2PE Component” (as such terms are defined in Appendix B hereto) of Vendor, (ii) is managed by and/or outsourced to a person or entity other than Vendor and (iii) could reasonably be expected to impact the security of such P2PE Solution or P2PE Component.
