Term of Employment definition

Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2.

  • The Executive further agrees that, during the Term of Employment, he shall not knowingly take any action that is contrary to, or in conflict with, the best interests of the Company Group.

  • The Executive shall be eligible for an annual incentive bonus award from the Company in respect of each fiscal year during the Term of Employment (the “Annual Bonus”).
