Employment Period definition

Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.

Employment Period means the period during which Executive is employed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement.

Examples of Employment Period in a sentence

  • Unless earlier terminated, during the Employment Period, in addition to the Base Salary, the Executive shall be eligible, for each fiscal year of the Company ending during the Employment Period, for an annual cash performance bonus (an “Annual Bonus”).

  • Unless earlier terminated, during the Employment Period, the Executive shall be entitled to receive prompt reimbursement for all reasonable business expenses incurred by the Executive in accordance with the policies, practices and procedures of the Company provided to senior executives of the Company under the terms and conditions therein as in effect from time to time.

  • In the event that the Executive, during the Employment Period, serves in any one or more of such additional capacities, the Executive’s compensation shall not be increased beyond that specified in Section 2(b) of this Agreement.

  • A failure to extend the Employment Period, pursuant to Section 1, by the Executive shall not be treated as a termination of Executive’s employment for purposes of this Agreement.

  • This Section 5 shall survive termination of the Employment Period or any expiration or termination of this Agreement.
