Shared Security Agreement definition

Shared Security Agreement means the agreement entered into by the Agent, providing how the Shared Security will be shared between the Bonds and the Campus Stockholm Bonds.

More Definitions of Shared Security Agreement

Shared Security Agreement means the Security Agreement entered into by the Borrower, the other grantors party thereto and the Collateral Trustee for the benefit of the Lenders, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1 to the Original Credit Agreement, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
