Collateral Trustee definition

Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.
Collateral Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.
Collateral Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.
