Collateral Trustee definition

Collateral Trustee has the meaning set forth in the preamble.

Collateral Trustee means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.

Collateral Trustee means The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., in its capacity as Collateral Trustee under the Collateral Trust Agreement, together with its successors in such capacity.

Examples of Collateral Trustee in a sentence

• The Collateral Trustee will be entitled to require that all agreements, certificates, opinions, instruments and other documents at any time submitted to it, including those expressly provided for in this Agreement, be delivered to it in a form and with substantive provisions reasonably satisfactory to it.

Collateral Trustee means Wilmington Trust, National Association and its successors and assigns as Collateral Trustee pursuant to the Collateral Trust Agreement.
