IP Security Agreements definition

IP Security Agreements means the Trademark Security Agreement, the Patent Security Agreement and the Copyright Security Agreement.

IP Security Agreements has the meaning set forth in the Collateral Agreement.

IP Security Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Agreement.

IP Security Agreements means, collectively, the Patent Security Agreement, Copyright Security Agreement and Trademark Security Agreement, in each case, made in favor of Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, by each applicable Credit Party, as amended from time to time.

IP Security Agreements means any patent security agreement, trademark security agreement, copyright security agreement or other agreement which conveys or evidences a Lien in favor of the Administrative Agent, for the benefit of the Secured Parties, on intellectual property of a Loan Party, including any such agreement delivered in connection with the Original Credit Agreement and/or U.S. Security Agreement and, in each case, any amendment, modification or supplement thereto.

IP Security Agreements means the Amended and Restated Patent Security Agreement, Amended and Restated Trademark Security Agreement and Amended and Restated Copyright Security Agreement, each dated of even date herewith, executed and delivered by each of the Loan Parties to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

IP Security Agreements the collective reference to each Intellectual Property Security Agreement required to be entered into and delivered pursuant to the terms of this Agreement and the Security Documents, in each case, in substantially the form of Exhibit A to the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.

IP Security Agreements the collective reference to the Patent Security Agreement, the Trademark Security Agreement and the Copyright Security Agreement.

IP Security Agreements shall have the meaning set forth in (a) prior to the Funding Date, the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement attached hereto as Exhibit C and (b) on and after the Funding Date, the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement.
