Trademark Security Agreement definition

Trademark Security Agreement means each Trademark Security Agreement executed and delivered by Grantors, or any of them, and Agent, in substantially the form of Exhibit D.
Trademark Security Agreement has the meaning specified therefor in the Security Agreement.
