Rentable Square Footage of the Premises is deemed to be 3,315 square feet. The “Usable Square Footage of the Premises” is deemed to be 2,913 square feet. If the Premises include, now or hereafter, one or more floors in their entirety, all corridors and restroom facilities located on such full floor(s) shall be considered part of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Building, the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises, and the Usable Square Footage of the Premises are correct and shall not be remeasured.
Rentable Square Footage of the Premises is approximately 11,572 square feet. If the Premises include, now or hereafter, one or more floors in their entirety, all corridors and restroom facilities located on such full floor(s) shall be considered part of the Premises.

Rentable Square Footage of the Premises without representation, is deemed to be an aggregate of 59,000 rentable square feet (“RSF”). Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Building and the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises are correct.
Rentable Square Footage of the Premises is deemed to be 344,798 square feet. If the Premises include, now or hereafter, one or more floors in their entirety, all corridors and restroom facilities located on such full floor(s) shall be considered part of the Premises. Landlord and Tenant stipulate and agree that the Rentable Square Footage of the Building and the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises are correct and shall not be remeasured. The Rentable Square Footage of each floor of the Building and the Common Areas (as hereinafter defined) is listed on Exhibit A-1. However, Landlord’s use of any portion of the lobby or any other Common Areas for events not more than five (5) days in duration and not more than four (4) separate such events during each calendar year (unless a longer time period is mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant) shall not constitute a material restriction or prohibition of Tenant’s use thereof and shall not result in a reduction of the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises.
Rentable Square Footage of the Premises and each Increment thereof is approximately as set forth in the Premises Table. Prior to the Rent Commencement Date for Increment 1, Landlord shall cause its architect to measure the square footage of the Common Areas in accordance with the then current ANSI/BOMA Z 65.1-2010 standard. Using the results of such measurement and the new load factors resulting therefrom, Landlord shall prepare an amendment to this Lease (the “Adjustment Amendment”) to reflect the changes in the Rentable Square Footage of the Building and the Rentable Square footage of the Premises from the amounts set forth in this Lease. The Adjustment Amendment shall also modify any amounts under this Lease that are calculated on the basis of the Rentable Square Footage of the Building or the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises, including Base Rent, Tenant’s Pro Rata Share, the Allowance, and the Termination Fee; provided, however, that in no event shall the amount of the Letter of Credit or the amount of the scheduled reductions thereto be modified as a result of such adjustment. Tenant shall execute and return the Adjustment Amendment to Landlord within 15 days after Tenant’s receipt of same. Rentable Square Footage of the Premises is approximately 69,062 square feet of Rentable Square Footage. Tenant shall have the right to expand or contract the size of the Premises as provided in Riders No. 1 and 3 attached hereto.” ​

The single tenant full floor conversion factor used to calculate the Rentable Square Footage of the Premises is approximately 10.110%, and the multi-floor conversion factor for the Building is approximately 14.146%.
