Notwithstanding any provision of the Lease to the contrary, from and after the Expansion Premises Commencement Date, except where there is a conflict with the terms of this First Amendment, the “Premises,” as such term is used in the Lease, shall include the Existing Premises and the Expansion Premises, containing a total of approximately 27,041 square feet of Rentable Area.
