Probationary Firefighter definition

Probationary Firefighter means a Firefighter who has not completed the probationary period prescribed in Article 15 of this Agreement.

Probationary Firefighter means a certified full-time employee acting in the capacity of a firefighter serving a probationary period pursuant to TLGC Section 143.027;
Probationary Firefighter. A firefighter in his first year of employment with the DEPARTMENT.
