Probationary employees and temporary employees shall be laid off before any other employees covered by this Agreement.
In the event the supervisor, Chief of Police/Designee, or College believe that the probationary employee is not meeting the minimum acceptable performance standards, the probationary period may be extended by the College as prescribed in Article 10 - Probationary Period.
