Section 10. The County’s Civil Service grievance procedure shall not be available to unit members for processing grievances arising under this Agreement.

Section 10 means 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Code section 1539 of the FESA.

Section 10. The Union shall promptly notify the designated Human Resources representative in writing as to the membership of the Grievance Committee and any changes therein. The Union’s Grievance Committee shall be comprised of not more than two (2) individuals plus the grievant.

• If Taxpayer satisfied certain taxable year Milestones in an earlier taxable year than described in Exhibit A (no earlier than taxable year 2017), and received written approval from GO-Biz to claim the Credit in the earlier taxable year, then Taxpayer need only maintain such Milestone for three (3) subsequent taxable years to avoid recapture as further described in Section 10.

Section 10. Education and Training pay shall begin the first full pay period after the employee submits a request and supporting documentation to the police chief that they are eligible for such pay. This section will be retroactive to the date this agreement is ratified and will not be retroactive thereafter. Employees must submit/maintain documentation they are eligible for this pay.

Section 10. If a vehicle in service breaks down on the road when no mechanic is on duty and repair work estimated to last more than ten (10) minutes is required, a mechanic shall be called in on an overtime basis. If the vehicle is returned to the shop for repair, only the mechanic shall perform the repair work. If no mechanic is available, the Town reserves the right to make repairs without regard to this paragraph.
