Parent RSUs definition

Parent RSUs means any restricted stock unit award granted pursuant to the Parent Plans or otherwise.
Parent RSUs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.6(a).
Parent RSUs means all outstanding restricted stock units (whether granted by Parent pursuant to the Parent Equity Plans, assumed by Parent in connection with any spin-off, merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).

  • This Agreement shall apply to the Stockholder solely in the Stockholder’s capacity as a stockholder of Parent and/or holder of Parent Options or Parent RSUs and not in the Stockholder’s capacity as a director, officer or employee of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or in the Stockholder’s capacity as a trustee or fiduciary of any employee benefit plan or trust.

Parent RSUs means restricted stock units representing the right to vest in and be issued shares of Parent Common Stock by Parent that are subject to vesting restrictions based on continuing service or based on performance.
