Parent Options definition

Parent Options means options to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock from Parent (whether granted by Parent pursuant to the Parent Option Plans, assumed by Parent or otherwise).
Parent Options means options or other rights to purchase shares of Parent Common Stock issued by Parent.
Parent Options means any options to purchase Parent Ordinary Shares (whether granted under any of the Parent Stock Plans, assumed by Parent in connection with any merger, acquisition or similar transaction or otherwise issued or granted).

  • This Agreement shall apply to the Stockholder solely in the Stockholder’s capacity as a stockholder of Parent and/or holder of Parent Options or Parent RSUs and not in the Stockholder’s capacity as a director, officer or employee of Parent or any of its Subsidiaries or in the Stockholder’s capacity as a trustee or fiduciary of any employee benefit plan or trust.

Parent Options means outstanding stock options granted by Parent pursuant to Parent's stock option plans.
