With respect to Company Equity Awards, the foregoing assumes 100% achievement of all applicable performance criteria.
Your other outstanding Company Equity Awards will continue to vest according to the existing vesting schedules applicable to such awards as of the Transition Date, subject to your continued service to the Company on each applicable vesting date, and shall be governed by the applicable Company Equity Plan and the written award agreements governing their grant.
