Company PSUs definition

Company PSUs means any performance-based restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
Company PSUs means outstanding performance share units granted under the Company PSU Plan;
Company PSUs means any performance stock units granted under any of the Company Equity Plans.

More Definitions of Company PSUs

Company PSUs means all restricted stock units payable in shares of Company Common Stock or whose value is determined with reference to the value of shares of Company Common Stock, in each case, that are subject to performance-based vesting criteria, whether granted pursuant to the Company Stock Plans or otherwise.
Company PSUs means performance-vested restricted stock units of the Company, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company equity plans or otherwise.
Company PSUs means the outstanding performance share units of the Company issued pursuant to: (i) the Company Legacy Equity Incentive Plan; and (ii) the Company PRSU Plan.
Company PSUs means performance vesting restricted stock units of the Company payable in stock or whose value is determined with reference to the value of stock, whether granted pursuant to any of the Company Stock Plans or otherwise, which may be settled in cash or stock.
Company PSUs means the outstanding performance share units of the Company granted pursuant to the Company Incentive Award Plan entitling the holder thereof to receive Company Shares, subject to the terms and conditions of the Company Incentive Award Plan.
