Merchant Data definition

Merchant Data means information and data relating to Merchants and their computer and security systems.
Merchant Data means data pertaining to transactions conducted at merchant location as well as personal details of merchants including but not limited to his contact details, EDC installation details and KYC documentation
Merchant Data means any personal data relating to business contact details of Merchant or its employees, officers or contractors provided to or obtained by Braintree in the provision of the Braintree Payment Services

More Definitions of Merchant Data

Merchant Data means any of the transaction or other details belonging or related to a Connected Merchant Account, including information about the Connected Merchant Account itself. Party means each of GoCardless and you, the Integration Partner and Parties means both of us. Where applicable and in context, Merchant Data can also include data obtained by Fundomate in connection with a Referred Merchant’s use of the Services and Products under this Agreement.
