Service Data definition

Service Data means all electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by Subscriber, Agents and End-Users in connection with Subscriber’s use of such Service, excluding Agent Contact Information.

Service Data has the meaning set forth in clause 5.7 of this Agreement.

Service Data means query logs, performance data, such as traffic and conversion data, and other information about Customer’s use of the Service and Professional Services. Service Data may not include any Personal Data and is not considered Customer Content.

• IAE maintains V2500 Service Data System (SDS) data base from which selected engine operations and reliability summary reports will be developed and made available on a scheduled basis to Spirit.

• Data Controller agrees that in accordance with Data Protection Laws and before submitting any Personal Data to the Subscription Service, Data Controller will perform an appropriate risk assessment to determine whether the security measures within the Subscription Service provide an adequate level of security, taking into account the nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing, the risks associated with the Personal Data and the applicable Data Protection Laws.

• No limitation or exclusions under this Agreement will apply to liability arising out of either party’s (1) confidentiality obligations (except for all liability related to Customer Data and Professional Service Data, which will remain subject to the limitations and exclusions above); (2) obligations under the section entitled Defense of Third-Party Claims; or (3) violation of the other party’s intellectual property rights; or (4) willful misconduct or gross negligence.

• Customer grants Layer0 the non-exclusive, worldwide right to use, copy, store, transmit, modify and create derivative works of Service Data to provide the Products to Customer under this Agreement.

• Customer acknowledges and agrees that, in connection with providing the Products, Layer0 may use Service Data internally for security, product improvement and support purposes.

More Definitions of Service Data

Service Data means a subset of Confidential Information comprised of electronic data, text, messages, communications or other materials submitted to and stored within a Service by You, Agents and End-Users in connection with Your use of such Service, which may include, without limitation, Personal Data (but shall not include the Personal Data of Your Agents in the context of Account Information as described in the Privacy Policy).

Service Data means any Party’s Personal Data (that is not Contact Data) held within the Parties’ systems, applications or databases and that may be accessed, processed, used or stored as a consequence of performing the services under the Agreement.

Service Data means data provided by Client for the purpose of facilitating the Services. Service Data includes but is not limited to, product information included in feeds and transaction detail information such as unit prices and cart values.

Service Data means any electronic data, communications or other materials, including Personal Data, which is collected, stored, transmitted or otherwise processed via Pancake Services, by, or on behalf of, Customer and Customer’s end-users.

Service Data means any information and data relating to the access, use, and/or performance of the Entrust Technology, including data generated in connection with Customer’s and/or Users’ use of the Entrust Technology (e.g., analytics data, statistics data and performance data). Service Data does not include Authentication Records, Customer Data, Profiles, or Personal Data.

Service Data means data received from Bloomberg, including without limitation, valuation, pricing, market and other information, including corporate action data.

Service Data means all data generated by an Internet server that relates to the number of users having access through the Platform and similar user-related usage data collected in connection with the Platform and Services.
