Vendor Data definition

Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

Examples of Vendor Data in a sentence

  • If Vendor requests the use of an Additional Vendor Service Location and/or Additional Vendor Data Center, any reasonable incremental expenses incurred by Prudential as a result of Vendor's use if an Additional Vendor Service Location will be paid by Vendor or reimbursed to Prudential by Vendor, including costs associated with relocation of transmission lines and post office boxes.

  • The Services will be provided as set forth in Attachment C: (a) to the Prudential Service Locations, (b) from the Designated Vendor Service Locations and Designated Vendor Data Centers, and (c) from the Additional Vendor Service Locations and/or Additional Vendor data Centers; provided, however, that the provision of Services from an Additional Vendor Service Location and/or Additional Vendor Data Center is subject to Prudential's written approval.

  • If Prudential requires the use of an Additional Vendor Service location and/or Additional Vendor Data Center, it will incur the aforementioned costs and expenses.

More Definitions of Vendor Data

Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Consultant and its lower tier subcontractors under this Order.
Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and its subtier subcontractors under this Subcontract.
Vendor Data means any specifications, calculations, drawings or other similar information which are to be submitted by the Supplier prior to manufacture of the Goods or at any time during the course of manufacture or execution, or to bring to completion the performance of its obligations to execute and/or deliver the Goods.
Vendor Data means all information and data Vendor has acquired from a source other than Pantheon.
Vendor Data means any data entered into the Portal by or on behalf of Vendor or furnished by or on behalf of Vendor pursuant to this Agreement.
Vendor Data means data, files, or information accessed, used, communicated, stored, or submitted by VENDOR or its Staff related to VENDOR’s or its Staff’s use of the Software Services or Software.
Vendor Data means all technical, engineering, safety, environmental, and any other data, programs, systems, information or documents forming part of the provision of the GOODS, RENTAL ITEMS and SERVICES to be supplied by the SUPPLIER.
