Portfolio Data definition

Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
Portfolio Data has the meaning set forth in Section 5(D)(ii) of the Agreement.
Portfolio Data means, in respect of a party providing or required to provide such data, the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that would be reasonable to the Portfolio Data Sending Entity if it were the receiving party. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a party on a Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business on the immediately preceding Local Business Day of, and as specified in writing by, the party providing the Portfolio Data.

Examples of Portfolio Data in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the reference to “all outstanding Relevant Transactions” in the definition of Portfolio Data, HSBC may divide the Portfolio Data into two or more subsets of Relevant Transactions and, if so divided, the process set out in Clause 2.1 above will occur separately for each subset and the related definitions will be construed accordingly.

  • If both parties are Portfolio Data Receiving Entities, the parties will agree a process for reconciling Portfolio Data in order to meet the requirements of the Portfolio Reconciliation Risk Mitigation Techniques.

  • No change of designation will be permitted where the result would be both parties are Portfolio Data Receiving Entities unless the parties also agree a process for reconciling Portfolio Data in order to meet the requirements of the Portfolio Reconciliation Risk Mitigation Techniques.

  • Data Reconciliation means, in respect of the Counterparty, a comparison of the Portfolio Data provided by HSBC against the Counterparty’s own books and records of all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the parties in order to identify promptly any misunderstandings of Key Terms.

  • For the purposes of this Part 6: Portfolio reconciliation process status: Party A confirms that it is a Portfolio Data Sending Entity.

Portfolio Data means, in respect of a party providing or required to provide such data, the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Relevant Transactions between the parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that is reasonably acceptable to the other party. Unless otherwise agreed between the parties, the information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a party on a Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business on the immediately preceding London Business Day of, and as specified in writing by, the party providing the Portfolio Data.
Portfolio Data means, in respect of a Party providing or required to provide such data, information (which, for the avoidance of doubt, is not required to include calculations or methodologies) relating to the terms of all outstanding Swaps between the Parties in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled, with a scope and level of detail that is reasonably acceptable to each Party and that describes and includes, without limitation, current Valuations attributed by that Party to each such Swap. The information comprising the Portfolio Data to be provided by a Party on a Data Delivery Date shall be prepared (i) as at the time or times that such Party computes its end of day valuations for Swaps (as specified by that Party for this purpose in writing) on the immediately preceding Joint Business Day, as applicable, and (ii) in the case of Valuations, in good faith and using commercially reasonable procedures in order to produce a commercially reasonable result.
