Market Data definition

Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.
Market Data means any third party market and reference data.
Market Data means pricing, valuations or other commercially sourced data applicable to any Security. Market Data also includes security identifiers, bond ratings and classification data.

  • To the extent that a Coinbase Corporate Account transacts on the Trading Platform, the Coinbase Corporate Account (i) will not have any special priority vis-a-vis Client Orders and will be subject to the Coinbase Trading Rules, (ii) will trade only on Market Data available to all Clients, and (iii) will not access any non-public data of other Clients.

  • Client agrees that its use of data made available to it through the Trading Platform’s application programming interface(s), which may include the prices and quantities of orders and transactions executed on Trading Platform (collectively “Market Data”), is subject to the Market Data Terms of Use, as amended and updated from time to time at hxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxx/market_data or a successor website.

More Definitions of Market Data

Market Data means third party market and reference data, including pricing, valuation, security master, corporate action and related data.
Market Data means any information relating to securities, financial markets, companies, industries, news and any data, analysis or research thereon, made available via the EB Services;
Market Data means data that has been collected, validated, processed and recorded by the System or other sources made available for transmission to and receipt from either a Redistributor or from Nasdaq relating to eligible securities or other financial instruments, markets, products, vehicles, indicators or devices.
Market Data means information and data pertaining to futures contracts and options contracts or similar derivative instruments traded on the Exchanges as well as associated index data, that includes, without limitation, opening and closing range prices, high-low prices, settlement prices, current bid and ask prices, last sale prices, price limits, requests for quotations, estimated and actual contract volume data, text messages pertaining to market activity, contract specifications, fast or late messages and, as determined by each of the Exchanges, may include information respecting exchange-for-physical (EFP) or against actuals (AA) transactions. With respect to Subscriber’s obligations under this Agreement, Market Data includes information, data and materials that are
Market Data means (a) last sale information and quotation information relating to securities that are admitted to dealings on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”), (b) such bond and other equity last sale and quotation information, and such index and other market information, as United States-registered national securities exchanges and national securities associations (each, an “Authorizing SRO”) may make available and as the NYSE may from time to time designate as “Market Data”; and (c) all information that derives from any such information.
Market Data means information relating to Listed Products which is published by the Exchange;
Market Data means information and data pertaining to listed and over the counter derivatives contracts (including without limitations swaps and futures) and options contracts or similar derivative instruments as well as index data and analytics data. Market Data may include, without limitation, opening and closing prices, high-low prices, settlement prices, current bid and ask prices, open interest information, last sale prices, price limits, requests for quotations, fixing prices, data curves, estimated and actual volume data, contract specifications and fast or late messages. With respect to Subscriber’s obligations under the Agreement, Market Data also includes information, data and materials that convey information to Subscriber substantially equivalent to Market Data.
