Price Limits. China Connect Securities are subject to a general price limit of a range of percentages based on the previous trading day’s closing price. The price limit may be changed from time to time. All orders in respect of China Connect Securities must be within the price limit and any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected by SSE.
Price Limits. China Connect Securities (other than some ETFs) are subject to a general price limit of a ±10% based on the previous Trading Day’s closing price. Some ETFs specified by SSE and SZSE are subject to a price limit of ±20%, each based on the previous Trading Day’s closing price. In addition, China Connect Securities (other than some ETFs) which are on the risk alert board are subject a ±5% price limit based on the previous trading day’s closing price. The price limit may be changed from time to time. All orders in respect of China Connect Securities must be within the price limit. Any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected by the relevant China Connect Market.
Price Limits if a plan extension occurs, Bedford will continue to provide existing supports on the same terms as contained in this Agreement until a new NDIS plan is generated • you or your representative will advise Xxxxxxx as soon as a new NDIS plan exists • all prices are GST inclusive (if applicable) and include the cost of providing the supports • additional expenses (ie, things that are not included as part of your NDIS supports) are the responsibility of you and/or your representative. Examples include entrance fees, event tickets, meals etc. • you or your representative may request that Xxxxxxx provide additional supports and services at any time during the term • any additional supports to be provided by Xxxxxxx after the commencement date will be agreed in writing and provided on the same terms as set out in this Agreement • in line with Xxxxxxx’s policies and procedures, Bedford will seek additional health services and medical support (including an ambulance) for you if required, with costs incurred payable by you and your representative, unless deemed a work-related injury / medical cost

Price Limits. SSE and SZSE imposes a price limit on all SSE-listed and SZSE-listed shares based on their previous closing price. The price limit is ±10% for stocks under normal circumstances and ±5% for stocks on the “risk alert board”. The price limit may be changed from time to time. The China Connect Securities will be subject to the same rule and therefore any orders with a price beyond the price limit will be rejected, and trading will continue at or within the price limit and will not be suspended unless the price limit is exceeded. Any orders placed by the Client beyond the applicable price limit will be rejected.
Price Limits. The Centre Capital Costs will be claimed for the entire duration of the support, even if the supports are delivered partially in the community. Shadow Shifts Shadow shifts may be claimed where you have complex support needs that may be best met by introducing a new worker before supports are provided independently. Where the client would require shadow shifts to assist the introduction of new workers, Xxxxxxx is able to claim for up to six hours of support per year.
