Hosted System definition

Hosted System means a combination of hardware, software and networking elements that comprise an information technology system. Depending on the Services you are buying, the Hosted System may consist of a dedicated system for your use only, or the right to use certain parts of a shared system that The Supplier maintains for many customers, or a combination of some dedicated elements and some shared elements.
Hosted System means an information system (including, software, hardware and networking elements) maintained by Arcserve for certain of Arcserve’s customers (including, but not limited to, you).

Hosted System means a Customer Configuration provided by Rackspace for Customer’s use at a Rackspace data center.

Hosted System is replicated continuously during business hours to an alternate infrastructure. This data protection service offers continuous protection through the business day, should the “Hosted System” suffer a hardware failure then the SLA for system restoration will be according to 1.5. As the system is continuous replication should the system suffer corruption then the corrupted system will be immediately replicated. In addition to continuous replication support on the spot link this with periodic replication and nightly backups. Data will be restored on a live system from the time of the last replication cycle that will be detailed within the “Service Description
