Designated System definition

Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
Designated System means the computer hardware and operating system designated on the relevant Order Form.
Designated System shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(e).

  • For avoidance of doubt, in the case that Seller submits such request within thirty (30) Business Days of the Trade Date of the Product Order and has not posted Performance Assurance, Seller shall pay Buyer an amount equal to 25% of the Collateral Requirement associated with such Designated System.

Designated System means a Renewable Energy Facility that is selected by the IPA through the SFA and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this REC Contract shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.” The following is added as Section 1.22.8:
Designated System means a single physical system or single virtual instance as may be specified in any Quotation and/or Statement of Work or as may be agreed between the parties;
Designated System means a Customer System on which is installed the listed processor version of the referenced Product or a Combination (as defined in Additional Provision 684), to which one or more Update Subscriptions are designated.
Designated System means the network or application identified in the applicable Order Form for which the Software may be used to facilitate access.
Designated System means a computer system under the physical and managerial control of the Licensee consisting of two or more processors locally interconnected by inter-processor bus cabling.
Designated System or “DSI” means the name of the MicroStrategy metadata that will be accessed by the Products specified in the Order.
