Customer Configuration definition

Customer Configuration means an information technology system (hardware, software and/or other information technology components) which is the subject of the Services or to which the Services relate.
Customer Configuration means any agreed customer adapted functionality under agreement with Pricer.
Customer Configuration means an information technology system which is the subject of the Services or to which the Services relate. "End-users" means Customer's own customers and Affiliates whose Personal Data is Processed by BMIT through the provision to, or use by, the Customer of the Services.

Examples of Customer Configuration in a sentence

  • If over time Customer enters into multiple agreements for a given Customer Configuration (for example to add additional components or services) then the most recent terms referenced in the Service Order(s) shall govern the entirety of the Services for the given Customer Configuration.

  • Customer’s obligations under this section include claims arising out of the acts or omissions of Customer’s employees, agents, end users, any other person to whom Customer has given access to the Customer Configuration, and any person who gains access to the Customer Configuration as a result of Customer’s failure to use reasonable security precautions, even if the acts or omissions of such persons were not authorized by Customer.

  • Customer may only use Third Party Software provided for its use as part of the Services (identified on the Service Order) on the Customer Configuration on which it was originally installed, subject to any additional restrictions identified in the Product Terms or Service Order.

  • Customer shall use reasonable security measures and precautions in connection with its use of the Services, including appropriately securing and encrypting in transit and at rest Sensitive Data stored on or transmitted using the Customer Configuration; and shall take appropriate measures to otherwise prevent access to Sensitive Data by Rackspace where Rackspace’s access to the premises, systems or networks managed or operated by Customer may result in its exposure.

  • Upon termination of the Service Order, Customer shall permit removal of any Third Party Software installed by Rackspace or its Representatives on the Customer Configuration.

  • If Customer uses any non-Rackspace provided software on the Customer Configuration, Customer represents and warrants to Rackspace that Customer has the legal right to use the software.

  • Upon termination of the Service Order, Customer shall permit removal of any Third Party Software installed by iret or its Representatives on the Customer Configuration.

  • If Customer uses any non-iret provided software on the Customer Configuration, Customer represents and warrants to iret that Customer has the legal right to use the software.

  • Customer may only use Third Party Services and Third Party Software provided for its use as part of the Services (identified on the Service Order) on that portion of the Customer Configuration for which it was originally provided, subject to any additional restrictions identified in the Product Terms or Service Order.

  • If Customer enters into multiple agreements over time for a given Customer Configuration (for example, adding additional components or services), then the most recent terms referenced in the Service Order(s) will govern the entirety of the Services for the given Customer Configuration.

Related to Customer Configuration

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • Customer System means the Customer's computing environment (consisting of hardware, software and/or telecommunications networks or equipment) used by the Customer or the Supplier in connection with this Contract which is owned by or licensed to the Customer by a third party and which interfaces with the Supplier System or which is necessary for the Customer to receive the Services;

  • Customer Systems means the Customer's information technology infrastructure, including computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated by Customer or through the use of third-party services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Supplier System means the information and communications technology system used by the Supplier in performing the Services including the Software, the Equipment and related cabling (but excluding the Customer System);

  • Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Service Specification means and include detailed description, statements to technical data, performance characteristics, and standards (Indian as well as) as applicable and as specified in the Contract as well as those specifications relating to Industry standards and codes applicable to the performance of the work, work performance quality and the specifications affecting the works or any additional specification required to be produced by the DCO to meet the design criteria.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Software Upgrade means a release of Software, in object code form, or firmware, which adds new functionality and feature enhancements to the Software or Equipment.

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order:

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • Service Location means a location at which a member obtains a covered service provided by a physician or other licensed practitioner of the healing arts under the terms of a contract.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.

  • Customer Specific Training means a private Course organized on demand specifically for Customer.

  • Brand Name Specification means a specification limited to one or more items by manufacturers’ names or catalogue number.

  • technical specification means, with respect to any Software, the document setting forth the technical specifications for such Software and included in the Statement of Work.

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Service Description means pre-defined descriptions of services found at http://www.sap.com/servicedescriptions current as of the effective date of the Order Form which in conjunction with a Scope Document (if any) defines the Services to be provided and becomes part of the Order Form.

  • System Software means Software that provides the operating and management instructions for the underlying hardware and other components, and is identified as such in Appendix 4 of the Contract Agreement and such other Software as the parties may agree in writing to be Systems Software. Such System Software includes, but is not restricted to, micro-code embedded in hardware (i.e., “firmware”), operating systems, communications, system and network management, and utility software.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;
