Hosted Services definition

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the computing hardware, ancillary equipment, Software, firmware, data, other services (including support services), and related resources for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users, including any services and facilities related to disaster recovery obligations.

Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

Hosted Services has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

Examples of Hosted Services in a sentence

• Without limiting Graylog’s foregoing rights, with respect to Hosted Services, Graylog may work with Customer to reduce usage so that it conforms to the applicable usage limit, and Graylog will in good faith discuss options to right size Customer’s subscription as appropriate.

• Customer is responsible and liable for all uses of the On-Premises Software and Hosted Services resulting from access provided by Customer or provided to parties at Customer’s direction, directly or indirectly, whether such access or use is permitted by or in violation of this Agreement.

• Graylog will make the Customer Content available on the Hosted Services for thirty (30) days after termination of a subscription for Customer retrieval.

• Customer Content may be retrieved by Customer and removed from the Hosted Services in accordance with the then current applicable Documentation.

• For professional services, Contractor’s Schedule of Standard Professional Service Rates is as follows: Professional Services Hourly Rate Hourly Rate for all professional services $195 Hosted Services are not offered or priced under this Agreement, and therefore, are excluded from this Agreement.

More Definitions of Hosted Services

Hosted Services means certain other services hosted by Vocera and/or its designee to which you and certain affiliates will be provided electronic access over the Internet for use in conjunction with the Software. Defined terms used in this XXXX, but not defined herein, are defined in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions in Attachment 2.

Hosted Services means the hosting, management and operation of the Software and other services for remote electronic access and use by the State and its Authorized Users as described in one or more written, sequentially numbered, statements of work referencing this Contract, including all Specifications set forth in such statements of work, which, upon their execution will be attached as Schedule A to this Contract and by this reference are incorporated in and made a part of this Contract.
