Restricted Services definition

Restricted Services means services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.

Restricted Services means Company Services or any services of the same or of a similar kind.

Restricted Services means any services which are the same as or similar to any services supplied by the Corporation with which your duties were concerned or for which you were responsible during the twelve months immediately preceding the Termination Date;

More Definitions of Restricted Services

Restricted Services means employment duties and functions of the type provided by Executive to the Company during the twelve (12) month period immediately prior to the end, for whatever reason, of Executive’s employment with the Company.
