Passenger Services definition

Passenger Services means the Franchisee's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchisee may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement;

Passenger Services means, those railway passenger services provided by or on behalf of the Beneficiary pursuant to the permission to use track granted in accordance with the Track Access Agreement;

Passenger Services means the organisation and handling of passengers, their luggage and their vehicles between the carrying waterborne vessel and the shore, and also includes the processing of personal data and the transport of passengers inside the relevant passenger terminal;

Examples of Passenger Services in a sentence

• The Franchisee shall notify the Secretary of State as soon as reasonably practicable if it has on any day of the Franchise Term failed to operate to a material extent each of its Passenger Services as are set out in the Plan of the Day for that day and with at least the Passenger Carrying Capacity specified in the Train Plan for that Passenger Service.

• If such investigation is against the C.S.S.A., the latter may file his/her protest with the VP of Passenger Services, who will immediately ask the President to send a special investigator, familiar with station work, to report on the case, which will be within 10 days.

• The parties entered into a Track Access Contract (Passenger Services) dated 24th December 2019 pursuant to Section 18(6) of the Act, as amended by supplemental agreements from time to time, each in a form approved by XXX pursuant to section 22 of the Act (which track access contract as subsequently amended is hereafter referred to as the “Contract”).

More Definitions of Passenger Services

Passenger Services means any services or facilities provided by ABP or any ABP Party in connection with Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles including: (i) the provision of terminal facilities for the embarkation or disembarkation of Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles; (ii) provision of facilities for loading or unloading Passenger Vehicles onto or off Vessels; (iii) clearance through HM Revenue & Customs or Border Force UK controls of Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles; and (iv) any other ancillary services related to Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles;

Passenger Services means the passenger rail services known as the Indian Pacific, The Ghan and The Overland as operated by Australian National on the Effective Date;

Passenger Services means the transportation of Passengers (together with any applicable luggage or bicycle) by a Passenger Vehicle.

Passenger Services means services provided to or in connection with Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles including but not limited to the provision of terminal facilities for the embarkation or disembarkation of Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles, provision of facilities for loading or unloading Passenger Vehicles onto or off Passenger Ships, clearance through HM Revenues & Customs of Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles and any other ancillary services related to Passengers, their Luggage and Passenger Vehicles not specifically referred to;

Passenger Services means the transportation of Passengers by a Passenger Vehicle.

Passenger Services means the Franchise Operator's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which the Franchise Operator may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with the Franchise Agreement; Passenger Survey Methodology has the meaning given to such term in paragraph 1.4 of Schedule 7.2 (National Rail Passenger Surveys and Customer and Communities Improvement Fund);

Passenger Services means LNER's railway passenger services as specified in any Timetable and/or Plan of the Day including those railway passenger services which LNER may delegate or subcontract or otherwise secure through any other person from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
