Initial Term has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.
Agreement Term has the meaning set forth in Section 11.1.
Renewal Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Project Term the period from the Operation Commencement Date to the Expiry Date or the Termination Date, whichever occurs first, which is further described in Clause 3;
Renewal Period “Buyer” and “Default” have the same meanings respectively as they have in the Water Agreement.
Contract Term means period of performance set forth in the paragraph entitled “Term” contained in Exhibit E.
Employment Term has the meaning specified in Section 2.
End of Term Extension means the time period defined in §2.D.
Effective Date of Termination means the date on which a Qualifying Termination occurs, as provided in Section 2.2 herein, which triggers the payment of Severance Benefits hereunder.
Extended Term shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.4.
a term s notice" means written notice given not later than the first day of the term preceding the term to which the notice relates;
Original Term means the period from the Commencement Date until the end of the fiscal year of Lessee in effect at such Commencement Date.
Term of Employment means the period specified in Section 2.
Date of Termination means the date of receipt of the Notice of Termination or any later date specified therein, as the case may be; provided, however, that (i) if the Executive's employment is terminated by the Company other than for Cause or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date on which the Company notifies the Executive of such termination and (ii) if the Executive's employment is terminated by reason of death or Disability, the Date of Termination shall be the date of death of the Executive or the Disability Effective Date, as the case may be.
Payment Term means the length of time for payment of a Deferred Annual Award under Section 4.2.
Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.
Additional Term shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2.
Period of Extended Hire means any additional period that the Hirer wishes the Agency Worker to be supplied for beyond the duration of the original Assignment or series of assignments as an alternative to paying a Transfer Fee;
Employment Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01.
Commitment Termination Date means the earliest to occur of (a) the Maturity Date, (b) the date the Commitments are permanently reduced to zero pursuant to Section 2.8, and (c) the date of the termination of the Commitments pursuant to Article VIII.
Half Year means the period of six months commencing on the first day of April or October of a financial year;
Minimum Term means each minimum initial and subsequent period of service for each Service as shown on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule, the initial period to start on the date on which the relevant Service is first made available to you for use. For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise agreed or if not stated on the Service Agreement or order schedules, the Minimum Term will be 12 months or such other period as may be notified to you in accordance with paragraph 19.2.
Investment Term : means the period from the Investment Start Date to maturity.
Term Year means a 12-month period beginning on the first day of the Term and each successive 12-month period thereafter.
Cover Period means the period from the cover start date to the cover end date.
