Employment Requirements definition

Employment Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(l)(i) hereof.
Employment Requirements means the following: (A) drug testing requirements for new employees in accordance with the Purchaser’s drug and alcohol policies, including any pre-employment medical drug and alcohol testing and other requirements established by the U.S. Department of Transportation, (B) completion of the Purchaser’s employment application, (C) background checks of the type administered by the Purchaser to similarly situated employees of the Purchaser and in accordance with its existing hiring policies and (D) strength and/or agility testing of the type administered by the Purchaser to similarly situated employees of the Purchaser (whose job duties require certain amounts of physical strength and agility) and in accordance with its existing hiring policies and practices.
Employment Requirements. The Plan sets out the terms and conditions that govern this grant in the event of your termination of employment, death or disability. In the event of your termination of employment, including total disability or death, all further vesting of shares under this grant stops. More Definitions of Employment Requirements

Employment Requirements means in respect of each of the Drillships 1837/1838 an employment contract being in place not later than six (6) months prior to the delivery date of a Drillship 1837/1838, which covers fully that Drillship’s 1837/1838 Debt Service of a period of duration of at least three (3) years.
