Disposal Price definition

Disposal Price means the consideration, as defined in section 1 of the act, paid by a purchaser, of a unit, as defined hereunder, for the acquisition of a right of occupation.
Disposal Price means the net proceeds of the sale of the Property asset (being the gross proceeds of sale less the costs and disbursements incurred in the sale, including agent’s commission, legal fees, advertising and auction expenses).
Disposal Price means the price at which the Relevant Sale Equity is Disposed of pursuant to the Disposal, net of any bona fide arm's length expenses incurred by the Disposing Party in procuring the Disposal, provided that for purposes of determining the Disposal Price the following shall be included in the calculation of the Disposal Price -

Disposal Price means the price receivable by the Purchaser in terms of the Disposal Missives, after deducting any reasonable transaction costs and expenses of the Purchaser and making appropriate allowance for applicable taxes; Missives means missives between the LLP as seller and the Purchaser in relation to the Units concluded on 20 ;

If the Closing Sales Price cannot be calculated for such security on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sales Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as reasonably determined by an investment banking firm selected by the Corporation, with the costs of such appraisal to be borne by the Corporation.

  • Congestion Price means the congestion component of the Locational Marginal Price, which is the effect on transmission congestion costs (whether positive or negative) associated with increasing the output of a generation resource or decreasing the consumption by a Demand Resource, based on the effect of increased generation from or consumption by the resource on transmission line loadings, calculated as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 2, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 2.

If the Closing Sale Price cannot be calculated for a security on a particular date on any of the foregoing bases, the Closing Sale Price of such security on such date shall be the fair market value as mutually determined by the Company and the Holder. If the Company and the Holder are unable to agree upon the fair market value of such security, then such dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the procedures in Section 13. All such determinations shall be appropriately adjusted for any stock dividend, stock split, stock combination or other similar transaction during such period.

  • Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
