Sale Equity definition

Sale Equity means the Sale Shares and the Sale Claims;

Sale Equity means the entire equity interests of the Disposal Company;

Sale Equity shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 2.1.1 hereof.

• Except for the matters under Clause 3.2.1 (vii) hereof, all actions on the part of the Seller necessary for the authorization, execution and delivery of and the performance of all of the Seller’s obligations under this Agreement, and for the authorization, issuance and delivery of the Sale Equity, have been taken or will be taken prior to the Closing.

More Definitions of Sale Equity

Sale Equity shall collectively mean the SALE CLAIMS and the SALE SHARES;
