Settlement Price definition

Settlement Price means the agreed upon price at which to purchase and sell a specified type and quantity of a commodity.
Settlement Price means, in respect of every Product for each Trading Day, the price as determined by Exchange, in its sole discretion, considering the reasonable estimation of the current Market Price using internal and external sources for each Product, such Settlement Price being determined no later than the end of every Business Day. Should the Contracting Party dispute such determination, Exchange will investigate and determine, in its sole discretion, whether or not a recalculation should be undertaken and will advise the Contracting Party of its decision as soon as reasonably practicable;
Settlement Price means the price at which electricity sales pursuant to this Contract will be settled. “Term” has the meaning provided in Part 2, Section 1.

  • Net Share Settlement Number: A number of Shares equal to the sum of (i) the Aggregate Net Share Number as of the last Unwind Date in any Unwind Period and (ii) the sum of the quotients (rounded to the nearest whole number), for each Unwind Adjustment Amount for such Unwind Period, obtained by dividing (x) such Unwind Adjustment Amount by (y) the Settlement Price on the Forward Price Reduction Date relating to such Unwind Adjustment Amount.

  • Net Share Settlement Amount: For any Settlement of any Transaction to which Net Share Settlement is applicable, an amount equal to the Forward Cash Settlement Amount for such Settlement divided by the Settlement Price for such Settlement.

Settlement Price means, in relation to each Cash Settled Warrant or, if Units are specified in the applicable Final Terms, each Unit, as the case may be:
