Date of Delivery definition

Date of Delivery means the date stipulated in the contract for the delivery of the goods.

Date of Delivery means the date of initial issuance and delivery of the Refunding Bonds, or such other date as shall be set forth in the Purchase Contract or Official Statement.

Date of Delivery means that date by which the Goods must be Delivered to UKRI, as specified in the Award Letter.

• The favorable opinion of Selling Stockholder’s Counsel, in form and substance satisfactory to the Representatives and dated such Date of Delivery, relating to the Option Securities to be purchased on such Date of Delivery and otherwise to the same effect as the opinion required by Section 6(j) hereof.

Date of Delivery means the contract period which shall extend from the time of placing an official written order on the successful bidder up to and including the contract expiry date as depicted elsewhere herein.
