Examples of Date of Closing in a sentence
Seller shall execute no contracts, leases or other agreements regarding the Property between the date hereof and the Date of Closing that are not terminable on or before the Closing Date, without the prior written consent of Buyer, which consent may be withheld by Buyer at its sole discretion.
If any excess amounts are prepaid by Buyer with respect to closing costs and prorations, then such excess amounts shall be refunded to Buyer by Escrow within a reasonable period of time after the Date of Closing.
Seller makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, concerning the presence or absence of radon in the soils beneath, within or adjacent to the Residence prior to, on, or after the Date of Closing.
Prorations: Real estate taxes shall be prorated to the Date of Closing, based on taxes for the calendar year immediately preceding Closing.
If Seller receives notice of objection to title as provided above, Seller may, at its option (i) use reasonable effort to correct said title condition prior to the Date of Closing or (ii) procure a binder, endorsement or additional title insurance so that the title is no longer unmerchantable and/or uninsurable.
