Point(s) of Delivery definition

Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. The Point(s) of Delivery shall be specified in the Service Agreement for Long-Term Firm Point-To-Point Transmission Service.
Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) on the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System where capacity and energy transmitted by the Transmission Provider will be made available to the Receiving Party under Tariff, Part II. Point(s) of Delivery means the delivery meter(s) more specifically identified in Exhibit A.

Examples of Point(s) of Delivery in a sentence

  • Deseret may elect to designate less than its total load as Deseret On-System Load but may not designate less than its total load at a discrete, metered Points of Delivery.

  • Deseret’s loads served from these Points of Delivery are within PacifiCorp’s PACE Balancing Authority Area and are subject to PacifiCorp’s charges for Ancillary Services in accordance with Appendix E to this Agreement.

  • Deliveries are made directly to these Points of Delivery using PacifiCorp’s Transmission System and the metered (or scheduled, in the instance of Xxxxxx-Xxxx and Mt. Xxxxxxx) quantities are included in the calculation of Xxxxxxx’s APD as well as the applicable PacifiCorp Transmission Losses.

  • Load served by Deseret at those Points of Delivery set forth in Appendix A, as determined by meter or schedule.

  • Where Xxxxxxx has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete, metered Points of Delivery as Deseret On-System Load, Deseret is responsible for making separate arrangements under Part II of PacifiCorp’s Tariff for any point-to-point transmission service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.


More Definitions of Point(s) of Delivery

Point(s) of Delivery shall have the meaning set forth in Article 8.
Point(s) of Delivery means the inlet of the Gas measurement facilities at the existing interconnection between the System and the facilities of a Third Party Pipeline Transporter (“Transporter”) where Dedicated Production is redelivered to Transporter for Shipper’s account.
Point(s) of Delivery means the point or points located on the Facilities at which Transporter has the physical capability to tender Gas to Shipper or for Shipper’s account.
Point(s) of Delivery means the point(s) at which Transporter delivers Gas on Shipper’s behalf.
Point(s) of Delivery means the point or points on Transporter's Pipeline Facilities where Transporter shall deliver Natural Gas to or for the account of Shipper.
Point(s) of Delivery means the Primary Point of Delivery and, in the event of the curtailment or other interruption of Transmission Services as provided in Section 7.5, the Alternate Points of Delivery, and/or such other point(s) as mutually agreed by the Parties.
Point(s) of Delivery means the point or points located on SGRM’s system, or a third party pipeline system used by SGRM to provide service to its Customers pursuant to GT&C 30, specified in Customer’s Storage Service Agreement at which SGRM shall tender Gas to Customer. “On-system” Point(s) of Delivery refers to points located on SGRM’s physical pipeline system while “Off-system” Point(s) of Delivery refers to points located on third party pipeline systems. “SPEC_Hub” refers to an On-system logical Point of Delivery at SGRM’s storage facility that Customers may nominate for Pooling purposes.
