Canadian Audio Conferencing: For Audio Conferencing Dial Out and Toll Free Meet-Me Access (1) originating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands and terminating in Canada, and (2) originating in Canada and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Global Access Transport Charges (U.S. Bridged): Per-minute per-bridge port usage charges, based on availability of service, zone and origination access type.
